4th Circuit Briefed On ACA Exchange Credit Challenge

Mealey's (June 10, 2015, 8:28 AM EDT) -- RICHMOND, Va. — The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on March 18, 2104, responded to arguments that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) allowed for premium support only for those enrolled through exchanges created by the states, saying such reading does not comport with the language of the statute (David King, et al. v. Kathleen Sebelius, et al., No. 14-1158, 4th Cir.).
