No Coverage Owed For Water Damage Loss, Florida Appeals Panel Affirms

(July 8, 2019, 11:15 PM EDT) -- MIAMI — A trial court did not err in granting an insurer’s motion for summary judgment in a water damage coverage dispute because the insured was not living in the insured condominium at the time of the loss and the policy clearly required that for coverage to exist, the insured must be living in the insured condominium, the Third District Florida Court of Appeal said July 3 (Donato Arguelles v.
