April Trial Stayed Pending Dispositive Motion Ruling In Pennsylvania Federal Court

Mealey's (June 16, 2015, 2:18 PM EDT) -- WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Natural gas operators sued in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania filed a supplemental authority on April 28, 2014, in support of dismissing a strict liability claim as a matter of law; the trial anticipated to start April 21, 2014, was stayed in March pending a ruling on dispositive defense motions (Edward E. Kamuck v. Shell Energy Holdings, et al., No. 11-1425, M.D. Pa.).
