Panel Finds No Evidence Of Homeowners’ Negligence In Painter’s Fall, Injury
(November 10, 2015, 11:35 AM EST) -- SANTA ANA, Calif. — Finding no evidence of negligence or hazardous conditions that may have caused a painter to fall while painting a home, a California appellate panel on Oct. 28 found that the homeowners could not be found liable for the painter’s injuries, affirming dismissal of the claims against them (Tomas Vebr v. Gary A. Culp, et al., No. G050730, Calif. App., 4th Dist.; 2015 Cal. App. LEXIS 967).
