Mealey's (May 9, 2019, 8:12 AM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — A former dealer whose claims against a Philadelphia-area casino for sexual orientation bias were dismissed April 12 by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on April 26 moved to stay the proceedings in light of three petitions related to such bias recently granted by the U.S. Supreme Court (Michelle “Doe” v. Parx Casino, et al., No. 18-5289, E.D. Pa., 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 63526)....
