(April 3, 2019, 12:09 PM EDT) -- CLEVELAND — A federal magistrate judge in the opioid multidistrict litigation on April 1 recommended dismissing federal common-law public nuisance and Montana unfair trade practice claims made by a Native American tribe against opioid defendants, but denied dismissal of racketeering, statutory public nuisance, negligence and negligent misrepresentation, common-law fraud, unjust enrichment and civil conspiracy claims (The Blackfeet Tribe of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation v.
