Mealey's (March 7, 2019, 11:19 AM EST) -- RICHMOND, Va. — A Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on Feb. 22 affirmed a trial court’s dismissal of one out of four of a nurse’s lawsuits against her former employer for failure to prosecute and dismissal of the remaining cases as a sanction for the nurse’s “flagrant and unremitting” violations of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (Mitra Rangarajan v.
