LOUIS — A federal judge in Missouri on Feb. 28 ruled that Panera LLC failed to sufficiently show that it may enforce the terms of forum-selection clauses contained in noncompetition agreements between the fast casual dining company and certain of its former employees in a breach of contract and trade secret misappropriation lawsuit instead of the forum-selection clause contained in a settlement Panera reached with its competitor in a related matter (Panera LLC v. James Dobson, et al., No. 19-276, E.D. Mo., 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 32405)....
