Oregon Appeals Court Reverses State’s Declaration Of Navigable River Segment
(October 22, 2015, 1:17 PM EDT) -- PORTLAND, Ore. — An Oregon Court of Appeals panel on Oct. 14 reversed a trial court ruling that vacated a State Land Board declaration of navigability of a portion of the Rogue River because the ruling lacked substantial evidence (Wilbur Hardy, et al. v. State Land Board, et al., No. A148195, Ore. App., 2015 Ore. App. LEXIS 1227).
