Texas Panel Partially Affirms Denial Of Dismissal In Trade Secrets Dispute

(November 7, 2018, 2:11 PM EST) -- TYLER, Texas — A Texas appellate panel on Nov. 5 partially remanded a trade secrets misappropriation lawsuit to a trial court, ruling that although an oil and gas services company and its affiliate had provided sufficient evidence to support its argument that two former employees misappropriated the company’s trade secrets and violated the terms of employment agreements they signed, the plaintiffs had failed to do so regarding a third former employee (Christopher A.
