Parties Brief Top Court On Need To Vacate, Remand Ruling Denying ACA Injunction

Mealey's (June 16, 2015, 9:08 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals can revisit its Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate accommodation ruling in a pending case if it wishes, negating the need for the Supreme Court to grant a Catholic university’s petition and request for remand, intervenors told the court on Jan. 14 (University of Notre Dame v. Sylvia Burwell, et al., No. 14-392, U.S. Sup.).
