Mealey's (September 6, 2018, 10:33 AM EDT) -- SALT LAKE CITY — In two rulings issued Sept. 4, a Utah federal judge denied a counterclaimant’s request for leave to amend to add an allegation of patent infringement, but agreed with the counterclaimant that the action should be stayed pending ex parte re-examination of all four patents in suit (Nautilus Inc. v. ICON Health & Fitness Inc., No. 17-154, D. Utah, 2018 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 150587, 2018 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 150577)....
