5th Circuit Finds Chase Did Not Wrongfully Foreclose On Property
(October 5, 2015, 12:10 PM EDT) -- NEW ORLEANS — After finding that former property owners failed to allege that a bank wrongfully foreclosed on their house, the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Oct. 2 affirmed a district court's decision dismissing their case (Kyrt M. Wentzell, et al. v. JPMorgan Chase Bank, et al., No. 15-60179, 5th Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 17405).
