Groups’ Challenge To Herbicide Containing Glyphosate Fails, Dow Agrosciences Says

(August 28, 2018, 1:23 PM EDT) -- SAN FRANCISCO — Dow Agrosciences LLC filed a brief in the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Aug. 27, arguing that challenges to the registration of the company’s herbicide called Enlist Duo, which contains glyphosate, posed by farming and environmental groups fail because the plaintiffs lack standing and have failed to prove that the herbicide “threatens them with any imminent injury” (National Family Farm Coalition v.
