LOUIS — In a July 23 ruling, a Missouri federal judge found that three plaintiffs lack standing to maintain an action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act against their former employer because the retirement plans at issue in the dispute have been adequately funded to date and the plans have sufficient assets to continue paying benefits for up to a decade — even if all contributions ceased (Lisa Feather, et al. v.
