Mealey's (July 10, 2018, 7:10 AM EDT) -- PITTSBURGH — Health care facilities and a psychiatrist that treated a man who repeatedly talked about killing an unidentified neighbor with scissors had a duty to warn his neighbors of the threat, a Pennsylvania Superior Court affirmed June 29 in a suit filed by the mother of the neighbor the man stabbed to death (Laura L.
