Fact Issues Exist On Notice Of Defects Claim, Insured Argues To 11th Circuit

(September 23, 2015, 11:43 AM EDT) -- ATLANTA — Genuine issues of material fact exist as to whether timely notice was provided to an insurer of a claim for remediation of construction defects in a retaining wall, an insured argues in its June 24 reply brief to the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (Johnson Landscapes, Inc. v.
