Microsoft Hit With Class Suit By Female Employees Alleging Gender Bias

Mealey's (September 23, 2015, 8:08 AM EDT) -- SEATTLE — A Washington state woman filed a class complaint on Sept. 16 in Washington federal court accusing her former employer, Microsoft Corp., of discriminating against females in technical and engineering roles via performance evaluations, pay, promotions and other terms and conditions of employment (Katherine Moussouris, et al. v. Microsoft Corporation, No. 15-1483, W.D. Wash.).
