(May 2, 2018, 1:40 PM EDT) -- NEW YORK — A Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on April 24 ruled that a federal district court did not err in determining that a company and its subsidiaries in a breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets lawsuit against its direct competitor and certain former employees of the company failed to cure pleading deficiencies in their amended complaint that had previously led to dismissal of the their initial complaint (Document Technologies Inc., et al. v. LDiscovery LLC, et al., No. 17-2659, 2nd Cir., 2018 U.S. App. LEXIS 10690)....
