Panel Upholds Use Of Expert Reports In Lawsuit Over Gun Law Constitutionality

(September 22, 2015, 12:54 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The admission of expert reports in a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of certain gun laws enacted by the District of Columbia was not an abuse of discretion, the District of Columbia U.S. Court of Appeals affirmed Sept. 18 (Dick Anthony Heller, et al. v. District of Columbia, et al., No. 14-7071, D.C. App.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 16632).
