Government Tells Judge Stay Is OK In ACA Employer Mandate Case

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 2:49 PM EDT) -- INDIANAPOLIS — The government on Nov. 25, 2014, told a federal judge in Indiana overseeing a challenge to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) employer mandate that it had no objection to staying the case pending a U.S. Supreme Court ruling in King v. Burwell (State of Indiana v. Internal Revenue Service, et al., 13-1612, S.D. Ind.).
