Oklahoma Seeks Hearing On Employer Mandate Alongside King

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 2:47 PM EDT) -- DENVER — The State of Oklahoma on Nov. 182014, asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review its case challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) employer mandate alongside the already accepted case of King v. Burwell (State of Oklahoma, ex rel. Scott Pruitt v. Sylvia Mathews Burwell, et al., No. 14-586, U.S. Sup.).
