Mealey's (September 21, 2015, 10:49 AM EDT) -- FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Dismissal of a securities class action lawsuit is proper because a shareholder failed to properly plead scienter in making its federal securities law claims against a company and certain of its executive officers, a federal judge in North Carolina ruled Sept. 15 (Leonard C. Ash v. PowerSecure International Inc., et al., No. 14-92, E.D. N.C.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 122692).
