Mealey's (March 23, 2018, 1:59 PM EDT) -- GREENVILLE, Miss. — A company sued by residents who allege that it is liable for groundwater contamination on March 22 filed a brief in a Mississippi federal court contending that the court should reverse its order compelling the company’s expert to provide discovery on grounds that it is based on a “mistaken factual premises” that renders its legal analysis “flawed” (Joe E.
