(September 16, 2015, 12:42 PM EDT) -- LANSING, Mich. — Both Pandora Media Inc. and a Michigan man, who alleged that the music streamlining service provider violated the state’s Video Rental Privacy Act (VRPA), filed briefs in the Michigan Supreme Court supporting the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals’ submission of a certified question seeking resolution of key terms within the act (Peter Deacon v. Pandora Media Inc., No. 151104, Mich. Sup.).
