Mealey's (March 13, 2018, 11:49 AM EDT) -- SALT LAKE CITY — A couple seeking benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act for their son’s treatment at a wilderness program reached a confidential settlement with their insurer, and a federal judge in Utah dismissed the case on March 9 (Anne S., et al. v.
