5th Circuit Won’t Rehear Securities Claims In Suit Against RBS, Deutsche Bank
Mealey's (September 15, 2015, 12:00 PM EDT) -- HOUSTON — The Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Sept. 11 rejected a motion for rehearing en banc filed by two underwriters of mortgage-backed securities in a securities fraud lawsuit, ruling that none of the circuit’s judges requested polling for rehearing (Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. v. RBS Securities Inc., et al., No. 14-51055, 5th Cir.).
