Magistrate Judge Unseals Documents In Reinsurance Dispute

(September 15, 2015, 8:53 AM EDT) -- LANSING, Mich. — A magistrate judge in a federal court in Michigan on Aug. 21 ordered the unsealing of certain documents in a reinsurance dispute, holding that the documents were improperly sealed (Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company v. Westport Insurance Corporation, No. 14-cv-00151, W.D. Mich.).
