United States Says Subsequent Clean Water Rule Developments Support MDL

Mealey's (September 9, 2015, 8:38 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The United States on Aug. 26 told the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPMDL) that replies and oppositions to a Clean Water Rule multidistrict litigation and subsequent developments only support centralization of cases before one federal judge in one district (In Re: Clean Water Rule; Definition of ‘Waters of the United States’, MDL Docket No. 2663, JPMDL).
