Amended Complaint Challenges Contraceptive Mandate Interim Final Rule

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 12:33 PM EDT) -- DENVER — The government’s interim final rule governing the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate still require a religious organization to violate its religious beliefs, a group of plaintiffs told a Colorado federal judge on Oct. 22, 2014 (Fellowship of Catholic University Students, et al. v. Sylvia Burwell, et al., No. 13-3263, D. Colo.).
