Dismissal Partly Granted, Partly Denied In Dispute Over Concussion Claims

(September 3, 2015, 1:46 PM EDT) -- TRENTON, N.J. — Allegations that football helmets were marketed with false or misleading statements about their ability to reduce concussions will proceed, in part, thanks to an Aug. 3 ruling by a New Jersey federal judge (In re: Riddell Concussion Reduction Litigation, No. 13-7585, D. N.J.).
