Movie Theater: Shooter, School, Psychiatrists At Fault For Colorado Massacre

(September 3, 2015, 1:43 PM EDT) -- DENVER — Four days after winning leave to amend from Colorado federal court, the owners of the movie theater that served as the scene of a murderous rampage in 2012 by gunman James Holmes filed an amended designation of Holmes as a nonparty at fault on Aug. 21 (Denise Traynom and Brandon K. Axelrod, et al. v. Cinemark Holdings Inc., et al., No. 12-2514, D. Colo.).
