3rd Circuit: State Lawmakers May Present Oral Argument In River Basin Dispute

(November 3, 2017, 1:33 PM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — A panel of the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Oct. 26 issued an order allowing a group of Pennsylvania state legislators to participate in oral arguments in a lawsuit brought by a land and mineral group against the body that regulates hydraulic fracturing in the Delaware River Basin.  The clerk denied a motion by the same legislators who sought to intervene in the case (Wayne Land and Mineral Group LLC v. Delaware River Basin Commission, No. 17-1800, 3rd Cir.)....
