Trial Court Failed To Address All Issues Related To Trust, Indiana Panel Says

(September 25, 2017, 12:28 PM EDT) -- INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Court of Appeals on Sept. 20 affirmed a trial court’s ruling that a trust, and not a decedent’s wife, is the proper beneficiary of a decedent’s individual retirement account, but remanded the suit to the trial court after determining that the trial court failed to address all of the issues related to the assets of the trust  (In re revocable trust agreement created by the settlor, Anil Kumar Sarkar Dipa Sarkar v.
