Appellants In NFL MDL Argue For Reversal Of Proposed Settlement

(August 27, 2015, 2:12 PM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — A settlement in the multidistrict litigation arising out of brain injury claims by former National Football League players does not represent all claimants and should be reversed, a group of appellants argue in their Aug. 24 brief filed in the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (In re: NFL Players Concussion Injury Litigation, Nos. 15-2206, et al., 3rd Cir.).
