Widow: Pipe Fitter Suffered Exposure To Asbestos From Switchgears

(August 25, 2015, 10:04 AM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — Insulation in a defendant’s switchgear was reused, and the boxes cleaned with compressed air, sending decaying asbestos insulation into the air, a widow told the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals Aug. 13 (In re: Asbestos Products Liability Litigation, Linnie Frankenberger v. CBS Corp., No. 15-1988, 3rd Cir.).
