Stryker Says High Court Must Review Enhanced Damages In Patent Suit

Mealey's (August 24, 2015, 10:08 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Patent owners of pulsed lavage devices assert in a reply brief filed Aug. 6 that the U.S. Supreme Court should review the standard for awarding enhanced damages under 35 U.S. Code Section 284 (Stryker Corp., et al. v. Zimmer Inc. and Zimmer Surgical Inc., No. 14-1520, U.S. Sup.).
