2nd Amended Complaint Filed In Asbetos-Talc Spoliation-Of-Evidence Suit

(August 20, 2015, 10:43 AM EDT) -- NEWARK, N.J. — A group of plaintiffs accusing BASF Catalysts LLC and its law firm at the time, Cahill, Gordon & Reindel, of destroying evidence of asbestos in its talc filed a second amended class complaint in New Jersey federal court on July 16, months after the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals partially reversed the trial court’s dismissal of the action (Kimberlee Williams, et al. v. BASF Catalysts LLC, et al., No. 11-1754, D. N.J.).
