(August 19, 2015, 8:57 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Arguments will be heard Oct. 1 on centralizing 10 federal lawsuits challenging the legality of the Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Water Rule, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation announced Aug. 14 (In Re: Clean Water Rule; Definition Of ‘Waters Of The United States’ Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2663, JPMDL).
