Parties Reach Settlement In Coverage Dispute Over Copyright Infringement Claims
Mealey's (August 18, 2015, 9:34 PM EDT) -- TAMPA, Fla. — A Florida federal judge on July 10 dismissed a coverage dispute arising from underlying copyright infringement claims brought against a designer of predrawn home plans after the parties announced that an amicable settlement has been reached (State National Insurance Company Inc. v. Highland Holdings Inc., et al., No. 8:14-cv-00524, M.D. Fla.).
