17 Bard IVC Filter Cases Sent To MDL In Arizona Federal Court

(August 18, 2015, 10:28 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Seventeen federal lawsuits alleging injuries from inferior vena cava (IVC) filters made by C.R. Bard Inc. were centralized Aug. 17 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPMDL) (In Re: Bard IVC Filters Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2641, JPMDL).
