Parties Brief Judge On Need To Reconsider ACA Abortion Insurance Ruling

Mealey's (August 14, 2015, 2:53 PM EDT) -- BURLINGTON, Vt. — A man challenging Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) abortion insurance coverage requirements told a federal judge in Vermont on Aug. 11 not to reconsider a ruling that left some claims against federal government defendants intact, saying the government conceded that the ACA violates his rights under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) (Alan Lyle Howe Jr. v. Sylvia Burwell, et al., No. 15-6, D. Vt.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 94595).
