Mealey's (June 12, 2015, 12:04 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A Democratic bill seeking to reverse the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent opinion in Hobby Lobby and ensure employer-insurance-provided access to contraceptives under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) failed to garner enough to votes to proceed on July 16, 2014.
