Top Court Grants Extra Time To File Petition Challenging Birth-Control Mandate

Mealey's (June 12, 2015, 11:48 AM EDT) -- CHICAGO — According to its docket, the U.S. Supreme Court on June 16, 2014, granted the University of Notre Dame until Oct. 4 to file a petition for writ of certiorari in its challenge to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate (University of Notre Dame v.
