Federal Judge Dismisses Wrongful Foreclosure And Eviction Claims Against HSBC

Mealey's (August 11, 2015, 12:00 PM EDT) -- MACON, Ga. — After finding that a borrower failed to state his claims for wrongful foreclosure and eviction, a Georgia federal judge on Aug. 10 granted a bank's motion to dismiss the case (George W. Henry v. HSBC Mortgage Services Inc., No. 5:15-CV-60, M.D. Ga.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 104269).
