D.C. Circuit Refuses To Rehear Challenge To ACA Individual Mandate

Mealey's (August 10, 2015, 1:09 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The en banc District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Aug. 7 declined to review a ruling rejecting challenges to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA)’s individual mandate and its origination (Matt Sissel v.
