10th Circuit Reinstates Copyright, Trade Secret Litigation

(August 10, 2015, 11:04 AM EDT) -- DENVER — A plaintiff’s motion to alter a judgment that a copyright infringement and trade secret misappropriation defendant who failed to appear at trial was not liable should have been granted, the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals concluded Aug. 7 (Suzanne Shell v. Leonard Henderson, et al., No. 14-1330, 10th Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 13907).
