Fluoroquinolone MDL Judge Denies Statute Of Repose Dismissal In 4 Cases

Mealey's (February 24, 2017, 1:53 PM EST) -- MINNEAPOLIS — The Minnesota federal judge overseeing the fluoroquinolone multidistrict litigation on Feb. 21 denied dismissal of four plaintiffs for missing their states’ statutes of repose but granted dismissal on the same grounds in two other cases (In Re:  Fluoroquinolone Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2642, No. 15-2642, Alan Henness, et al. v.
