Mealey's (August 7, 2015, 10:01 AM EDT) -- TAMPA, Fla. — A Florida federal judge on July 31 denied motions for summary judgment in a disability benefits dispute after determining that genuine issues of fact exist regarding whether an insured doctor is able to perform the duties of his own occupation (Walter R. Hepp M.D. v. The Paul Revere Life Insurance Co., et al., No. 13-2836, M.D. Fla.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 100503).
