6th Circuit Affirms Damages Award In Lanham Act Dispute

Mealey's (August 6, 2015, 1:06 PM EDT) -- CINCINNATI — A Tennessee federal judge properly upheld a jury’s verdict that a defendant violated the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Lanham Act, the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Aug. 3 (Fontaine Taylor v. Mark Thomas, No. 14-5632, 6th Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 13665).
